The training course to create, update and certify dealerships' digital martketing reps.

 

The Automotive industry is undergoing a momentous evolution, and the way customers approach buying to selling today requires us to redesign our processes.

There has been a lot of talk about Digital Marketing in recent years, and many have interpreted solely these two words as the need to have a website and to place some used cars on search portals.

Today, we know that an integrated approach between Marketing, Technology and Sales Processes is necessary to ensure that our companies have proper visibility on the Web and engagement with the customer in a process that guides them to the appointment and purchase process in the salon.

The Training Course includes 32 classroom hours divided into two modules of two days each. Between the two courses, participants will take the evaluation test on Google Analytics specific to the Automotive industry.

If passed they will be able to enter the Digital Marketing Manager course.

Upon completion of the second Digital Marketing Manager Automotive module, a certification exam (with written and oral test) must be taken to obtain KHC registration.

It is also possible to attend only the first Web Presence Specialist course and, upon passing the final test, receive a certificate of attendance.
