This year is set to close with a turnover of almost EUR 5 million, up 400% in 5 years thanks to its platforms used by 250 customers including Importers, Car Manufacturers and Dealer Groups. The strategy is to select the most innovative solutions worldwide by integrating into its platforms products of absolute excellence, developed by companies with consolidated experience in the sector but also by start-ups that are offered an opportunity for growth. A pool of partnerships has enabled Smilenet to cut R&D costs and consolidate its technological leadership in the market. To name a few: 4ward, The Academy, TocToc, Local Strategy, Keyloop, PCG Companies, LESA, SpinCar.
These are all significant and growing realities in Europe and the US. Recent agreements include Phyron, a Swedish start-up that offers automated videos with AI algorithms for merchandising cars in stock at dealers, and Gubagoo, an evolved chat created in the USA that centralises and manages all contacts from the dealer's various social channels.
