The Smilenet Business To Business module is aimed at operators in the Automotive sector (Dealers, or Groups) who want to manage their sales network in an organized way. These are agents, proxies, dealers, salonists, dealers, workshops with resale, authorized service, and signallers, with whom the dealer intends to activate an organized flow of information related to business/sales activity and orders/availability of cars.
The purpose of the module is to provide structured information that is taken in a daily automatic procedure from the operator's management system through various options that can be customized.
Access to the module is through an administrative panel managed by the Master operator, who assigns passwords and access levels to different users. The users involved can log in with their own passwords to one or more enabled sections and, in the case of stock vehicles, can reserve the car. The different functions include:
- Publication of internal circulars, communications, campaign activations, promotions etc... with files organized via classic tree structure and possibility to enable/disable access to different groups/types of companies/users.
- Publication of data and information on vehicles in stock, traveling, on order, or in production confirmation, depending on how they are classified by the management system and selected according to a wide availability of filters: make, model, version, equipment.
- Detailed product sheets with car description, accessory codes, prices taken directly from the management system.
- Photo gallery for cars that can displayed via actual photos or if not available taken via link to SmilePhotoWeb data base.
The SmileB2B module can be customized based on specific customer specifications.
