ConcessionaiOK is an app available on IOS and Android that sends the customer an email containing a souvenir photo of the delivery of the new vehicle, a message of thanks, and a request for a review of the service received.

The message can be customized in content and graphics with the company logo in which the company can point out a promotion or loyalty activity. The communication, combined with the photo of the vehicle delivery, stimulates the customer to spread the event on the main social networks and write a review via the sharing buttons for posting the review + the photo on the main social networks.
