The Digital Age of the Car is the name given to the event co-hosted by Smilenet, The Academy and PCG Consulting that was held in Rome on Sept. 13.
An important moment of update addressed mainly to the Italian partners of the 3 companies in which the latest innovations of Digital in the Automotive sector were deepened with the extraordinary participation of Brian Pasch, consultant and expert of reference in the USA.
This is not the first time that Pasch has participated in events organized in Italy on Digital Automotive, which record a steady increase in the number of registrations, confirming the growing interest on the part of industry professionals. The day had a very operational slant as among other things is in the DNA of the companies that organize it.
"We are realities that want to position ourselves in the market as concrete partners of the Dealers," says Ivan Fila, who illustrated the new metrics of Goolge Adwords anticipating that Smilenet will participate in the study in the U.S. on the new KPIs of Automotive Digital Marketing
The purpose of the project, then illustrated in its main points by Pasch, who is its promoter, is to create metrics that allow Dealers to increase the quality of clicks by discarding the parameters that today would seem too focused on quantitative criteria. Representative companies of franchising in the U.S. such as Dealer.com and CDK Global will participate in the project, Smilenet customers and The Academy will of course be informed about this course, which outlines an educational content of great interest for the purposes of research and experimentation in the Digital world but above all represents a first in an industry that continues to amaze with its dynamism and propensity for change.
Claudio Gamba, highly experienced Trainer at The Academy, could not help but emphasize the gap that is being created between "Traditional" and "Digital" marketing, the latter also characterized by a demand for qualified skills and high professionalism.
